Per package. Selling 6- or 12-session bundles upfront filters out unserious clients, protects your calendar, and gives predictable revenue. Per-session is only for trial or one-off strategy calls.

If it's an included deliverable, show it as a $0 line so the client sees it as part of the value. If it's an optional add-on, bill it separately.
